Someday all my customers started to wait on standing..
And it also affects to their satisfaction levels..
I tried to buy the table sets for them, but they're still standing..

If this is in your pizza shop, it's part of the story. I believe they do this during PizzaCon in Chapter 3 and may do it in a later chapter. You just have to make the pizzas as fast and correctly as possible.
The customers don't actually sit at the tables in this game. That upgrade is meant for attracting more customers (+decoration) only.
