These are remnants of when GPGP allowed 3rd party logins. This transferred game data to those parties which allowed for achievements outside of the game. As of June 2024, TapBlaze discontinued 3rd party linking, but some portions of the interface still has them.

Unfortunately, removing these elements would cause issues to arise in the functionality of game and have to be left there for the time being. Even with the major update to Home!, these things need to remain.

Do you know which version? maybe dowloading old version's apk may allow the achievement to be obtained

No, old versions would ask the game to update, so newest version is a must
