I'm sure there will eventually be a Chapter 6 since the game has a pretty loyal fanbase. But I don't think it'll be out for a while.

The text in the Flammkuchen section is a bit misleading. There are definitely Flammkuchen recipes in the game already, but they're listed in different sections because they're either specific to a chapter or special character. I'll go ahead and remove it so it doesn't confuse anyone.
Duck and Truffle are part of the Pizza Pass seasonal events, and I believe that's the only time you can get the buddies. Avocado was introduced in Bonfyre Fest/Summer events, so that's why the buddy is available now but not the other two.
If this is in your pizza shop, it's part of the story. I believe they do this during PizzaCon in Chapter 3 and may do it in a later chapter. You just have to make the pizzas as fast and correctly as possible.
If you're talking about the 2 pieces found in the Garden, I think they appear randomly. Just keep growing/harvesting Chapter 5 ingredients from the Garden and it should let you dig them up with the shovel.
If this is the order:
“I can see why this place did so well at PizzaCon. There's such a sweet vibe in here that walking in makes me want to order a pizza that's just as sweet!”
“One sweet pizza with your sweetest topping, please!”
Then make them a pineapple pizza (Sauce, Cheese, and Pineapple) :)

Maybe try showing whatever evidence you have to Cicero (if available), Keh, Flash, and Alicante. Then play a couple in-game days and if that still doesn't work I would contact support.
I pronounce the "c" as a "k", not as an "s". There's a city in Spain with the same name and if you look up the pronunciation for it, they don't pronounce the "c" as an "s" either.
"Alisante" does sound nice though :)

I'm not sure exactly what triggers it, but if you've had Flash investigate Keh and also received the task to harvest the artichokes for him, then it might be you need to show his photo around to the other suspects, as well as Octavia. Then maybe try visiting him again?
Also, try advancing through the stories of the other suspects if that doesn't work.
Did you collect the Dough from Cicero’s shop?
Vegan pizzas use Tomato Sauce, fruit, vegetable, and fungi toppings only, so make sure to leave off the Cheese, Pepperoni and other meat toppings.
You can check your Recipe Book in the menu if you already have the recipe for Vegan pizza unlocked.
If the recipe isn’t unlocked yet, you can go to our Recipe Book page to find the ingredients for a Vegan pizza (it lists all ingredients available up to Chapter 5).

If your game was up to date when the bug occurred, I would let the development team know so they can hopefully fix it. You can email them at pizza@tapblaze.com. I had a buggy order the other day, but I can't remember if it was the same one.
Please contact support through the game or email them at pizza@tapblaze.com. It seems you've done everything correctly, so this might be a bug.
