The Mailman is a character introduced at the end of Chapter 1, Day 1 and subsequently appears if you buy decorations that need to be delivered to your pizzeria. He also played minor roles in the 2021 and 2022 runs of the Thankful Hearts event and in the 2024 Valentine's Day event, where it was revealed that his name is Miles.
Appearance[]
Miles is a tall, lanky man with tanned skin. His face is long and oval, and he has round eyes, a long nose, and his long light brown hair is always tied back.
As a delivery person, Miles wears a light blue mail carrier uniform, which consists of a matching hat and shirt. The hat features the logo of the postal company where he works and the shirt has a white collar and a light blue button below the collar. The logo on the shirt is on the upper left side and shown as a white square with a light blue square within, and a white curved graphic inside of that.[1] He also wears a satchel with a navy-blue strap to work.
As a customer, Miles wears a pink beanie on his head and a white-and-yellow raglan shirt. He has green headphones with black ear cushions around his neck.
In the 2024 Valentine's Day event, Miles had a different hairdo: the center part of his hair was styled while the hair behind his head was less spread out. He also wore a black suit jacket over a white dress shirt and black tie. Inside the suit pocket was a pink pocket square.
In the 2024 Bonfyre Fest, Miles wore a white wetsuit with a light blue collar, with its left sleeve being light blue and its right sleeve dark gray. He had his hair tied into a bun with a green hair band and also carried a white surfboard with two turquoise stripes near its middle part.

Miles first visits your pizzeria at the end of Day 1 where he delivers a MyPad from the WPA to you.
Thankful Hearts 2021-2022[]
On one of the days of Thankful Hearts, a woman told you that her bag was stolen but she was helped by a passerby in blue, who also had a bag. As a sign of gratitude, she got a gift for him. You had to get him to visit your pizzeria and give him the gift.
Valentine's Day Event (2024)[]
Miles was one of the friends invited to Kevin and Flora's wedding and was Kevin's best man.[2]
Bonfyre Fest (2024)[]
Miles was one of the participants of the 2024 Bonfyre Fest.
