Octavia Bell is one of the main characters in Chapter 5. She is the keeper of the ZArena, which replaces Big Data Pizza's headquarters across the street from your pizzeria.
Appearance[]
Octavia is a woman with fair skin and height of 168 cm (according to the Collection app). She has round eyes with visible lashes, brown eyebrows, and a small, round nose. Her hair is also brown and long, reaching to her chest. The front part of her hair is braided to resemble laurel branches.
On her ears, she wears golden earrings resembling laurel branches, each having five leaves. She wears a long, white dress with stripes, save for the sleeves, with a golden gorget around her shoulders, a nametag on the left part of her chest, and a golden belt around her waist. She wears two golden bracelets on each arm.[1]
Personality[]
Not much is known about Octavia's real personality. However, under Julius Cheeser's mind control, she is very strict about keeping the ZArena to the point that if you mess around too much, she will ask you to leave. She also likes only cheese pizza and only orders toppings when necessary (e.g. for the ZArena competition). Dr. Michael Keh also states that she acts like an ancient Romano instead of a modern human being.
History[]
Before Chapter 5 begins, Octavia and archaeologist Cicero Burrata went to the Pomperonii ruins together for an archeological expedition. There, they found Julius Cheeser's ancient Dough and Octavia tried the Dough, causing Cheeser to control her mind.
Plot[]
Octavia visits your pizzeria after construction of the ZArena is finished and orders a cheese pizza from you. She introduces herself properly the next day and asks you to compete in the ZArena competition alongside Cicero Burrata, Alicante, and Dr. Michael Keh for a chance to win Julius Cheeser's prized Ancient Dough.
However, the competition is cancelled once the Dough is stolen. When you are questioned, she agrees that you are innocent as she saw what was going on in your pizzeria during the theft.
When you find a photo of Octavia and Cicero inside Octavia's diary, Cicero reveals that Julius Cheeser had taken control of Octavia's mind when she ate a raw piece of the Dough in Pomperonii. After completing the Stone Tablet and defeating Cheeser, Octavia comes again to your pizzeria, saying she asked the World Pizza Association to have Cicero released and sealed the Dough inside the ZArena with the remaining Romano power inside it. She hopes to meet you again so you can know the real her better.

- Octavia's given name is possibly a reference to historic Roman general Julius Caesar's heir, Caesar Augustus, who was also known as Octavian. Following Caesar's assassination, Octavian was named Caesar's adopted son and heir, inheriting his name, estate, and Roman army.[2] Octavia could also refer to Octavian's half-sister, Octavia,[3] or his older sister of the same name.[4]
