Steve has tanned skin and beach-blond wavy hair, most likely bleached from spending so much time in the sun. He wears an open, light-blue Hawaiian shirt with a palm tree print and a plain white t-shirt underneath. He is always shown carrying a yellow surfboard with orange rails.
