Thankful Hearts was the name of the 2021 Autumn event and the first event of its kind. It was available from November 23, 2021 until December 6, 2021.[1]
The event was available in the 4.1.0 update and was accessible in the Story app on the MyPad.
Story[]
In the beginning of each in-game day, you received an order request from a customer to make a pizza for someone they were thankful for. There were seven requests in total and you had to complete the previous request to progress. If you could not correctly make the order, you had to restart the day until it was correct. When you completed all requests, one of the game's developers visited the pizzeria, rewarding you the Autumn Box.

Decoration Boost[]
During the 14 days of Thankful Hearts, there were Decor Boosts where you got boosts based on how many Autumn decorations you collected in the pizzeria and in the garden. In the pizzeria, the more pizzeria Autumn decorations you collected, the more tips you earned and the longer customers happiness lasted. In the garden, the more garden Autumn decorations you collected, the more amount per plant you could harvest and the faster the plants could be harvested. These boosts wore off when Thankful Hearts was over, but the decorations stayed.
