Valentina Alicante is an event character who was first mentioned in the 2020 Mother's Day Event and its rerelease the following year, then made an appearance in the 2022 Mother's Day Event. She is the mother of Alicante.

Mother's Day Event (2020-2021)[]
After seeing a PNN segment on her estranged son, Alicante, whom Valentina hadn't spoken to in years, she called the news station and got in touch with him, promising to fly out and visit.
Mother's Day Event (2022)[]
Valentina stopped by the pizzeria since she wasn't speaking to her son. To get them to reconcile, you asked Valentina about her favorite flower to help Alicante surprise her for Mother's Day. She said she didn't have a favorite, but that her favorite color was orange and she was looking for something new to spice up her garden.
The next time she stopped by, Valentina got a proper Mother's Day surprise with your fully decorated pizzeria, her favorite Classic Meat pizza, and the Tropicana Roses you got from Kevin. She and Alicante were able to reconcile and grew closer than ever thanks to your help.
The following day, she and Alicante appeared and thanked you again for your help, giving you Valentina's Vase to grow flowers for your customers and boost business.
Chapter 5[]
While not making an actual appearance in Chapter 5, it is shown that Alicante has a frame picture of him and his mother placed on his restaurant.
